The Andhra Pradesh government has postponed its Cabinet meeting to November 10. The Chief Secretary’s office announced the new date on Wednesday. All department heads and senior officials received official communication about the rescheduling through the Secretariat.
Officials said the Cabinet will review key welfare programs, investment projects, and cyclone relief operations. The meeting will also examine damage assessment reports from Montha Cyclone and discuss financial assistance for the affected districts. Preparations for the Visakhapatnam Partnership Summit will also come up for review.
Departments have been instructed to prepare presentations on ongoing development and industrial projects. The government plans to attract new investors and strengthen partnerships through the upcoming summit. Key decisions on resource allocation and infrastructure may be finalized during the meeting.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will chair the meeting soon after returning from his London tour. Sources say the session will also focus on budget reviews, new investment proposals, and long-term policy decisions crucial for Andhra Pradesh’s growth.
