AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi strongly criticized Tejashwi Yadav over the debate on leaders coming from outside Bihar. Using sharp words, Owaisi said, “I came from Hyderabad, not from the moon.” He argued that if leaders from Haryana can become Rajya Sabha MPs from Bihar, then questioning his presence makes no sense.
Owaisi made these remarks during the Seemanchal Nyay Yatra in Kishanganj. He said he would continue to visit Bihar and Seemanchal as long as he lives, and only death could stop him. Owaisi added that those questioning him were misleading the public.
He accused four MLAs, who won on AIMIM tickets but later joined RJD, of betraying Seemanchal. According to him, it was AIMIM’s efforts that brought Seemanchal’s issues into the spotlight in Parliament and Bihar Assembly.
On the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, Owaisi declared that AIMIM will fight strongly. He revealed that his party had offered to join the Grand Alliance against BJP, demanding only six seats, but Tejashwi Yadav did not respond. Owaisi claimed that people of Bihar can now see who is truly helping BJP by ignoring AIMIM.
