Chirag Paswan Hands Over Election Charge to Arun Bharti

Chirag Paswan Bihar election, Arun Bharti Bihar election, LJP-R Bihar strategy

LJP-R chief and Union Minister Chirag Paswan Bihar election strategy has taken a new turn. He has appointed his brother-in-law Arun Bharti as the party’s election in-charge. State President Raju Tiwari will serve as co-election in-charge. The earlier circular about party in-charges has been revoked with immediate effect. Now, all election and candidate decisions will be made with the consent of Arun Bharti and Raju Tiwari.

LJP-R, an NDA ally, has demanded 30 seats for the upcoming Bihar assembly elections. There is also speculation that Arun Bharti might contest on behalf of the party. The LJP-R currently has five MPs but no MLAs in Bihar. Chirag Paswan clarified that the party will decide later whether he or any MP will contest.

This move strengthens Chirag Paswan’s control over Bihar election management through trusted aides, setting the stage for an active political campaign.
