Prashant Kishor on Owaisi sparked a political buzz in both Telangana and Bihar. Kishor, founder of Jan Suraj Party, called AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi his friend but advised him to focus on Hyderabad instead of entering Bihar politics. Speaking in Kishanganj, Kishor said that Owaisi should work for the welfare of Muslims in Telangana rather than creating confusion in Seemanchal.
Prashant Kishor on Owaisi continued, saying that leaders from Hyderabad should not interfere in Bihar’s regional politics. He reminded that in 2020, AIMIM had contested several seats in Muslim-majority Seemanchal but failed to make a lasting mark. Kishor added that Seemanchal needs leaders from its own land, not outsiders.
He also appealed to Muslims not to fear the BJP but to stand for their rights and development. The political clash between Kishor’s Jan Suraj Party and Owaisi’s AIMIM adds a new dimension to the upcoming 2025 Bihar Assembly elections.
