The Bihar poster war has become intense just before the counting day. Political parties in Patna are competing with bold posters to show strength. The Bihar poster war started soon after exit polls suggested a close fight between the NDA and the Grand Alliance.
JDU workers put up posters saying, “The Tiger is still alive,” to support Nitish Kumar. These posters show a confident Nitish, and the party claims he will lead the next NDA government.
RJD responded with posters that say, “Goodbye Uncle,” targeting Nitish Kumar. These posters also show Tejashwi Yadav with Akhilesh Yadav, Lalu Yadav, and Mulayam Singh Yadav to project a united opposition.
Another set of posters outside the RJD office attacks Nitish and Amit Shah. The posters carry strong lines like, “When the public roars, the foundations of palaces crumble.” They also show cartoons of both leaders.
At the BJP office, posters show Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar as “brothers,” highlighting unity inside the NDA. These also mention Lalu Yadav’s “jungle raj.”
Tejashwi Yadav rejected the exit polls, saying they were created under pressure. He claimed the Grand Alliance would form the government.
