The Bihar Seat Candidate List for the NDA alliance has been delayed once again, creating tension among coalition partners. BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal announced that all five NDA parties will release their final candidate lists by Tuesday evening. The press conference scheduled for today was postponed due to unresolved seat-sharing issues between the BJP, JDU, and LJP-R.
The Bihar Seat Candidate List was expected to be revealed at 4 pm today, as per a now-deleted tweet from the JDU. Sources say that differences among senior leaders like Jitan Ram Manjhi and Upendra Kushwaha led to the postponement. BJP is now working to resolve these disputes quickly. A four-day campaign for the nomination of NDA candidates will run from October 15th to 18th, with several central leaders joining the drive.
Meanwhile, Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraj Party has released its second list of candidates, adding more pressure on the NDA. The Grand Alliance, on the other hand, is nearly done with its seat-sharing discussions. All eyes are now on tomorrow’s announcement, which will likely shape Bihar’s upcoming political battle.
