The NDA alliance moved ahead strongly as the counting progressed. The ruling coalition outperformed exit poll predictions and displayed clear dominance in key constituencies. Meanwhile, the opposition Mahagathbandhan struggled to gain momentum and fell behind early in the results.
The progress of Lalu Prasad Yadav’s two sons drew attention, as both trailed in their constituencies. Their weak performance became a notable aspect of the election trends. Political observers pointed out that the voters appeared to be favoring stability and experienced leadership.
As per the ongoing trend, the NDA led in 133 seats and secured victory in 66 constituencies. The Mahagathbandhan was ahead in 34 seats and won 5 seats. The Congress opened its account with a win in one constituency. The final results were expected to bring more clarity to the political landscape.
