Rebel BJP leader and former Union Minister RK Singh slams Bihar leaders for promoting criminals in politics. He named eight candidates, including Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary and strongman Anant Singh, saying it’s better to drown in a small puddle than to vote for such people. RK Singh, who has served as MP from Ara, appealed to voters not to support corrupt or criminal candidates, even if they belong to their caste.
He recalled that in 1985, as Patna’s DM, he had beaten and chased away Anant Singh for creating a ruckus. Singh also mentioned RJD candidate Veena Devi’s husband, Suraj Bhan Singh, accused of crimes, and several others like Rajballabh Yadav, Osama Shahabuddin’s son, and Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha.
RK Singh said these corrupt leaders were “sucking the blood of the people,” and urged citizens to drive them out to brighten Bihar’s future. Social media users, however, questioned his silence on Anand Mohan’s family, also facing criminal charges. Singh’s speech has sparked strong reactions across the state.
