Seat-Sharing Dispute Rocks Grand Alliance

Bihar Elections seat-sharing dispute in Bihar political alliances

The Bihar Elections seat-sharing dispute has created tension among both the NDA and the Grand Alliance. Talks between the BJP and JDU have ended, but differences remain with allies like RLMO, HAM, and LJP (R). BJP leaders Nityanand Rai and Samrat Chaudhary are trying to build a final consensus. Upendra Kushwaha and Jitan Ram Manjhi have expressed concerns about incomplete talks.

In the Grand Alliance, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav discussed seat-sharing with Rahul Gandhi, while Tejashwi Yadav plans to meet him soon. The tussle between RJD, Congress, and CPI(ML) continues.

The Bihar Elections seat-sharing dispute deepens as smaller allies demand more seats and recognition. Chirag Paswan seeks 30–40 seats, while Manjhi demands 15. Multiple parties claim overlapping constituencies, causing further confusion. BJP aims to announce a final arrangement soon, but internal dissatisfaction remains high on both sides.
